RUTHERFORD, N.J. – Felician University freshman Jordyn Juvelier (Centereach, N.Y./Centereach) has been selected as the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Women's Lacrosse Rookie of the Week for the period ending Mar. 3, the CACC announced on Monday.
Juvelier, a 5-foot-5 midfielder, made her collegiate debut when Felician opened its 2019 season with a Feb. 26 road loss to Molloy College. She scored both Golden Falcon goals in a 20-2 loss and added three ground balls and two caused turnovers. Juvelier led Felician on the day with eight shots, including three on goal.

Juvelier is a 2018 graduate of Centereach (N.Y.) High School.
Juvelier is only the second Felician women's lacrosse player to garner a CACC weekly award in the four-year history of the program. Teammate Malikah Croom was the league's Rookie of the Week on Mar. 5, 2018.
Felician (0-1, 0-0 CACC) is guided by third-year head coach Natalie Bermudez of Weehawken. Juvelier and the Golden Falcons are next in action on Saturday, when they face Whittier College for a 4:30 p.m. (EST) draw in Whittier, Calif.
