FITNESS CENTER POLICIES AND PROCEDURES (.PDF)

The Felician University Fitness Center is located on the Rutherford campus, on the Lower Level of the Student Center building (below the Falcon's Nest, adjacent to the athletics department office suite). The room is overseen and staffed by the University's head strength and conditioning coach. Please click and read the Policies and Procedures listed above.


Dumbbells 2020 Semester Break Hours (Jan. 2 - 14)Treadmills

Monday - Thursday, 7 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Friday, 7 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Saturday - Sunday, closed

Spring 2020 Hours (Jan. 15 - May 17)

Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Saturday, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Sunday, 4 p.m. - 10 p.m.

Facility is closed Feb. 29-Mar. 8 (Spring Break) and Apr. 8-12 (Easter Recess)


Open to students, faculty, staff, and alumni/ae. Proper Felician identification required. Please sign in and out each time you use the facility.


Strength & Conditioning Mission Statement

Squat Racks The Felician University Athletics Strength and Conditioning Department is committed to implementing and developing a program built around high-character student-athletes who possess two very key fundamentals: effort and attitude. This will give these young men and women a better opportunity to reach their full potential not only as athletes, but also as individuals. Our primary goal is to create and develop a strength and conditioning program that will put the student-athlete at a physical advantage and develop them to their greatest athletic potential.

Overall, it is the strength and conditioning department's responsibility to foster a well-rounded training program that will allow each athlete to perform at his or her best ability, as well as to help them develop for a life after athletics.
