Thomas Notte was awarded his first collegiate head coaching position when Felician tapped him in July 2008. He has led the Golden Falcons to eight CACC playoff appearances, as well as a 2008 ECAC Tournament berth.

In 2014, Notte became Felician's all-time wins leader, notching his 50th victory in a 2-1 home triumph over Holy Family University on Oct. 4. The Golden Falcons reached the CACC semifinals for the first time since 2003 (losing to eventual champion Philadelphia University, 1-0) and turned in an overall won-lost-tied record of 11-5-3. Felician returned to the CACC semifinals in 2015.

Felician enjoyed its best season under Notte in 2011. The Golden Falcons posted an 11-6-1 record, th eir most victories since 2001. They finished second in the CACC with a 9-3 league mark, setting a school record for conference wins. The program also achieved its first ever in-season regional ranking by the NSCAA.

In nine years in Rutherford, Notte has won 71 matches and coached one all-region player, 16 All-CACC performers, 57 Academic All-CACC honorees, and four Academic All-Americans.

Notte worked in 2007 as an assistant with the Felician men's team. He was formerly a men's graduate assistant at the College of New Jersey, helping the Lions to the 2002 NJAC finals.

Notte has extensive girls' club coaching experience, most recently with the U15 squad at the Parsippany Soccer Club. His New Jersey Stallions 16U team was nationally ranked in 2013-14. Notte spent 2004-10 with the New Jersey Rangers, guiding the Rangers Freedom squad to three consecutive State Cup quarterfinal appearances, and 2011-12 at the New Jersey Dynamo.

While attending West Morris Central High, Notte competed for the Union Lancers Soccer Club. He went on to become a four-year starter at midfield and defense for Springfield College, garnering all-NEWMAC honors his senior season. He earned a B.S. in physical education from Springfield in 2001 and an M.S. in education from TCNJ in 2004.

Notte teaches physical education and health at Bedminster Township School. He was named a 2009 All-Star Teacher of the Year by the national agency Project Fit America. He resides in Mount Arlington with his wife, Meghan, sons, Tommy Jr. and Landon, and daughter, Nora.
